A recent study conducted at the New Hampshire psychiatric hospital revealed that patients with schizophrenia, major depression, and bipolar disorder took a yoga class. They filled out questionnaires about their moods before and after the class. The results showed that, on average, patients' levels of depression, anxiety, and fatigue dropped significantly. This is great news for those with mental illnesses.
