Bets some helpful info on Antioxidants: why & how.

If you're out of puberty... it's time to start rebuilding that body and working toward decreasing the speed at which it declines.

..and not just its decline, but more importantly, warding off sickness & diseases that plague our society today 😷

Antioxidants help neutralize free radicals.
Free radicals cause cell damage. Cell damage can often lead to disease!"

🤔Got you thinking yet?!
You should be!

"Excessive free radicals contribute to chronic diseases including cancer, heart disease, cognitive decline, and vision loss."

You should be asking, "Where to get these invaluable antioxidants?"

You've heard about Macro's (macronutrients), yes? Well, these little cell protectors are found in Micronutrients, which you'll find high quantities in our beloved fruits & vegetables. Yup..

Here is a shortlist of some foods you can grab your daily intake of these much needed Antioxidants:

Artichoke hearts
Russet potatoes

This is just a shortlist and yes, they can also be found in many other foods.

"Eat your colors!”
This refers to the fact that foods are in different color “families”, containing different types of antioxidants, which have different benefits.

The yellow-orange family of peaches and nectarines helps our immune systems.
The purple-red color family of foods like pomegranates, plums & berries helps to reduce inflammation.

These foods also aid in the prevention of cognitive decline, vision impairment & weight loss!

Eat foods from all color groups to reap the full benefits of antioxidants.
Raw, juiced, or cooked!
