How To Use A Foam Roller Properly?

Pick the tender or sore area on your body, or perhaps, pick a body-area where you feel the muscles are tight. Roll slowly for 30 seconds minimum along this area with the roller.

Mild discomfort is normal.

You may even add more pressure in specific spots to get that tension to release.

Common areas:
hips front and side

Be cautious of the cervical spine and low ribs.

When to use resistance bands?

Health enthusiasts can use resistance bands anytime and anywhere.
Bands for exercise are exceptional tools for:
-smoothing out joint instability
- rehabilitation
- increasing muscle
-stretching and flexibility

These tools are suitable for traditional lifting practices to increase muscle strength, too.
