EWB’s yoga classes are designed to complement athletic training by improving balance, flexibility, and breath awareness. It offers an opportunity to incorporate mindfulness into your routine. Classes will highlight specific muscle groups as well as target deep connective tissue to release into poses. In addition to toning and opening up the body, breath techniques will be utilized to de-stress and calm the nervous system.

What are the benefits of Kettlebell Training?

Kettlebell training increases power & challenges the body with a consistent change in the center of gravity; it provides respiratory fitness, reduces training time, and trains cardio and strength together for a more efficient workout. It's a great comprehensive tool for the mind-body connection.  

What are the benefits of TRX Training? 

The TRX uses body weight and gravity to create strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and stability for the body's muscles and joints. It is an excellent core workout when executed properly. It's also beneficial for seniors and anybody who might need a little extra help and support in their training regime. It helps with support by giving the participant something to hold onto and utilize to help with stretching support for balance and strength work and many other different facets. 

Can resistance bands replace weights?

Resistance bands can be an excellent replacement for weights, creating tension for muscles to work against and increasing pressure throughout the exercise. However, heavy lifts can be a bit more challenging to accomplish with bands alone
