EWB's Group classes are all about camaraderie, community, and connection.
These one-hour classes are designed to utilize both timed interval and circuit-style training (groupings of exercises executed in succession, known as HIIT) with bodyweight, medicine ball, resistance band, kettlebell, TRX & balance exercises.

This class is highly recommended for beginners & people looking for a slower-paced class, but don't let that fool you! The muscles will get fatigued and the stretching
